TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Pure Clean Manchester Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or using our services, the customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Covered
Our services include, but are not limited to:

Driveway and patio cleaning

Pressure washing
-
Gutter clearing and cleaning
-
Fascia and soffit cleaning
-
Roofline and cladding cleaning
-
Exterior property maintenance and treatments
3. Bookings and Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability. We aim to arrive at the scheduled time but reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or operational delays. You will be notified as early as possible in such cases.
4. Access and Requirements
You must ensure that:

We have clear and safe access to the work area

Any necessary parking arrangements are made (fees may apply if parking is not provided)

Outdoor taps or a water supply are available unless otherwise agreed

Children and pets are kept away from the work area for safety
If access is not possible upon arrival, a call-out charge of £25 may apply.
5. Pricing and Payment
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days.

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed

We accept bank transfers and cash

Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a £15 late fee
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made on the day of service may be subject to a £25 fee to cover lost time and travel costs.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with the service, please inform us within 24 hours so we can arrange a return visit or a resolution. No refunds will be issued unless we are given a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
8. Liability and Damages
We take care in our work, but we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures

Damage due to faulty pointing, loose brickwork, or previously damaged gutters or fixtures

Any issues arising from poor drainage unless previously notified
You are responsible for informing us of any vulnerabilities or known issues with surfaces to be cleaned.
8A. Liability Waiver
By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and accept that:

High-pressure cleaning can expose or worsen pre-existing defects

Some stains may be permanent despite treatment

Cleaning may strip finishes or coatings
-
Older fittings (e.g. gutters or fascia) may loosen or break
You waive liability for any visual changes, minor disturbances, or exposure of underlying conditions caused during cleaning. We proceed only with reasonable care and communication.
9. Health and Safety
We operate under strict safety procedures. Our team is fully trained and insured. Do not interfere with equipment or enter restricted work areas.
10. Environmental Policy
We use eco-conscious cleaning products and discharge wastewater responsibly in line with local regulations.
11. Insurance
We hold full public liability insurance for all work carried out.
12. Complaints and Disputes
Please submit any complaints in writing to info@purecleanmanchester.co.uk. We aim to respond within 3 working days and resolve the issue within 14 days.
13. Data Protection
We collect only what’s necessary to perform our services. Personal data is not shared. See our Privacy Policy for details.
14. Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at www.purecleanmanchester.co.uk.
15. Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or pose a risk to staff.
16. Photographic Evidence
We may take before-and-after photos for insurance, training, and promotional use. You can opt out with written notice before service.
17. Repeat Visits / Maintenance Plans
Heavily soiled or damaged areas may require multiple treatments. These are quoted case-by-case.
18. Weather Conditions
We may reschedule in the event of unsuitable weather to ensure quality and safety.
19. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Informing us of any fragile materials or known faults

Clearing the area of furniture, bins, vehicles, or hazards

Securing windows and doors before pressure washing
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events outside our control (e.g. storms, pandemic restrictions, fuel shortages).
21. Workmanship Guarantee
Our work is guaranteed for 7 days. Natural re-soiling or damage unrelated to our work is not covered. Issues must be reported within the 7-day window.
22. Third-Party Property
If service requires crossing or working near third-party property, you must obtain permission. We are not liable for access disputes or resulting damage.
23. Service Limitations
Some surfaces are not suitable for high-pressure or chemical cleaning. If you instruct us to proceed against advice, you do so at your own risk.
24. Customer Presence
You don’t need to be present, but we are not liable for missed areas due to access issues or unclear instructions. A £25 re-attendance fee may apply.
25. Quotes Subject to Inspection
Quotes are based on information provided. If the condition is significantly worse on arrival (e.g. more moss, oil, larger area), we reserve the right to adjust the price before starting.
26. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
